Mort Gitelman retired in 2005 as Distinguished Professor of Law Emeritus, University of Arkansas. After graduating from DePaul, he received an LL.M from the University of Illinois and taught at Duke University, the University of Denver, the University of Illinois and the University of Arkansas. He co-authored a major West casebook on Land Use and authored a casebook on Advanced Evidence.
