James T. Holden was recently promoted to corporate secretary and assistant general counsel of Coachmen Industries, Inc., based in Elkhart, Ind. Coachmen is one of the country's largest manufacturers of systems-built homes and buildings, and was formerly a leader in the recreational vehicle industry.

Anne R. Pramaggiore has been named the first female president and chief operating officer of ComEd. She moves up from her post as the company's executive vice president for customer operations and regulatory and external affairs.
