Business Law & Taxation
At DePaul, the business law curriculum addresses the growing complexities of legal issues relating to business and corporate finance, formation, regulation and compliance. Our program also addresses how business law affects individuals, including individual liability in business transactions and individual protections through federal laws and codes. In addition, our tax law courses range from the basics of personal and business income taxation to advanced problems in corporate, estate and gift, international, and state and local taxation.
