Many criminal and civil cases today hinge upon cell tower evidence that allegedly places your client at the crime scene. Learn what prosecutors and law enforcement know—and don't know—about cell phone and cell tower evidence. In this twelve-hour, two-day course, you will learn how best to defend your client against the new electronic eyewitness.
The course will be taught by Michael O'Kelly, a cell phone-cell tower data analyst. He has developed a unique and successful approach for the defense in analyzing a combination of cell tower data and cell phone forensic evidence involved in a crime scene.
