March 9, 2011 Judicial Amnesia and the Historical Record in Nazi-looted art litigation

Jennifer Kreder Prior to entering academia, Professor Jennifer Anglim Kreder was a Litigation Associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP in New York, concentrating on Holocaust era inter-governmental negotiation and litigation issues and art disputes. She has published extensively, including in academic journals at Harvard, Vanderbilt, Virginia, Georgetown, USC, Brooklyn, University of Melbourne, Australia, and University of Heidelberg, Germany. She has given presentations about legal issues affecting the international art market in many domestic and foreign venues, was recently elected Co-Vice Chair of the Art & Cultural Heritage Committee of the ABA Section of International Law, serves as the co-editor of its newsletter and engages in pro bono legal work. Professor Kreder teaches Cultural Property Law and other courses at Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center.
