Mediation Training Course – 40.0 hours
This intensive 5-day certificate course is ideal for anyone interested in becoming a mediator, enhancing mediation advocacy skills or honing meditative skills to use in everyday work situations. By employing experiential classroom methodologies, attendees participate in simulations designed to lead everyone through the theory of the mediation process and teach the skills used by mediators, advocates and other professionals.
ILLINOIS MCLE:
Approved for up to 40.0 credit hours. Arrangements for continuing legal education credits in other jurisdictions will be made upon request.
ILLINOIS PROFESSIONALISM:
Approved for 4.0 credit hours.
Court Panels:
This course satisfies the 40-hour training requirement to be a mediator for the Law and Chancery Divisions of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. Arrangements for other jurisdictions will be made upon request.
