Requests to Present:
Requests to present at the conference should be submitted no later than May 15, 2007. Decisions on acceptance of requests will be made no later than May 25, 2007, and requestors will be notified at that time. If you are planning on presenting make sure to complete the bottom portion of this page.

Requests to Attend:
There will be a limited number of attendance reservations allowed for academics who do not wish to make a presentation at the conference but who would like to attend and participate in the discussions.

There is no charge to attend the conference. Conference participants (including paper presenters) are expected to pay for transportation and lodging.
