The symposium banquet will be held at the Art Institute of Chicago, Millennium Room, on Thursday, August 11.

Important Dates

FINAL ABSTRACTS, PAPERS, AND POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS:

We request that all final abstracts be submitted by July 25 in order for us to have sufficient time to print them for conference participants. Papers that have been uploaded to the RegOnline website by July 25 will be posted on the conference website. We cannot assure that papers uploaded after that date will be posted to the conference website prior to the beginning of the conference. There will be 132 presentations this year and we will have many logistical challenges. We ask your cooperation in getting the abstracts to us by July 25.

PRESENTATIONS AND SCHEDULE:

We will release the final schedule on August 1. Each speaker will have 15 minutes to make a presentation followed by 7 minutes for questions from the audience.

RECEPTIONS AND CONFERENCE DINNER:

We invite you to a pre-conference reception on Wednesday, August 10, from 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm at The Berghoff Restaurant, 17 West Adams Street.

The main conference reception and dinner will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, August 11 at the Art Institute of Chicago. Please let us know if you will NOT be joining us for dinner so we can plan accordingly. Also, please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions and/or need a purely vegetarian meal.

The farewell reception will be held on Friday, August 12 at the conference center, following the last panel. Participants will be on their own for dinner, but we will be happy to supply recommendations.
