CIPA looking for judges for Chicago Student Science Fair - March 23, 2007
The Chicago Intellectual Property Alliance (CIPA) is sponsoring scholarship awards for the "Most Inventive" science projects at the Chicago Student Science Fair. The Science Fair Committee is looking for volunteer judges to help select the recipients of CIPA's awards.
CIPA would like to have as many judges as possible, since there are many excellent projects at the Science Fair, and we need a lot judges to be able to do them justice. Plus all the judges really seem to enjoy the experience.
If you are interested in being a judge on behalf of CIPA, please contact Michael B. Harlin at mharlin@mhmlaw.com.
The Science Fair takes place at the Museum of Science and Industry. We need judges for the morning of Friday, March 23, 2007 at about 8:00 am. The judging will probably take about 3 to 4 hours.
CIPA needs to have the names of the judges in advance, so the Science Fair can put them on their admittance list. CIPA would also like the volunteers to select two or three categories they would like to judge:
- Aerospace Science
- Behavioral Science
- Biochemistry
- Botany
- Chemistry
- Computer Science
- Earth Science
- Electronics
- Engineering
- Environmental Science
- Health Science
- Materials Science
- Mathematics
- Microbiology
- Physics
- Zoology
Please feel free to call Mr. Harlin at 312-775-8202 if you have any questions,
