Live Video Seminar with the US Copyright Office

This two-hour seminar - presented live via video conference - gave attendees the opportunity to see the presenters, Ted Hirakawa, Chief of the Literary Division of the Copyright Registration Program, and Robert Kasunic, Deputy Counsel at the United States Copyright Office, on location at the Library of Congress on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. We watched as our presenters simulated an online copyright application and provided tips for using the eCO filing system most efficiently. Additional hot topics were discussed, including the new electronic applications for online copyrighted works (such as group serials, group newspapers, and group newsletters) and the new changes in the Federal Regulations.
