A Conversation with the Judiciary

The DePaul University College of Law Center for Intellectual Property Law & Information Technology hosted "A Conversation with the Judiciary: A Proposal for Volunteer Judges to Hear Patent Cases". The luncheon was held on Wednesday, October 24, 2007, from 12:00pm to 1:30pm in the DePaul Center, Room 8005. It featured Honorable James Holderman, Honorable Elaine Bucklo, Honorable Robert Gettleman and moderators Raymond P. Niro and Professor Matthew Sag.

Professor Kwall's Articles Listed Among Most Cited, Top Downloads

Professor Roberta Kwall’s article "Inspiration and Innovation: The Intrinsic Dimension of the Artistic Soul" (Notre Dame Law Review) appears in the recently released list of the most cited IP articles published over the last 10 years.
