Adam Mossoff

ManzoAdam Mossoff specializes in patent law and property theory, and his articles have been published in the Cornell Law Review, Arizona Law Review and the Hastings Law Journal, among others. Before joining the law faculty at Michigan State, he clerked for the Honorable Jacques L. Wiener Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and was a visiting lecturer and John M. Olin Fellow in Law at Northwestern University School of Law. Mossoff graduated from the University of Chicago Law School with honors in 2001. He has a master’s degree in philosophy from Columbia University, where he specialized in legal and political philosophy, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Michigan, where he graduated magna cum laude and with high honors in philosophy.
