If you have any comments on a particular topic discussed or would like to submit a paper to the IHRLI Review please email such comments and/or papers to ihrli@depaul.edu with "IHRLI Review Submission" in the subject line. If the submission is in reaction to a previously discussed topic please clearly state this in the email.
