Biography Professor Kiely is an experienced litigator and was part of the prosecution team that handled the Indiana Pinto litigation. In 1994, he was named to the College of Law’s first endowed professorship, the Robert A. Clifford Chair in Tort Law and Social Policy. Aside from his extensive scholarship in the areas of evidence and discovery problems, Professor Kiely established the Center for Law & Science, which provides research assistance and hosts conferences for practicing lawyers in all aspects of forensic science. He is a past recipient of the DePaul University College of Law Faculty Achievement Award. |
