Raymond Grzebielski

Professor Grzebielski was a senior attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. As a staff member of the SEC's special study of the Options Markets, he evaluated the National Securities Exchange's oversight of trading in stocks and options. He also served as a staff member of the SEC's Division of Corporate Finance. Prior to joining the Commission, he worked on the legal staff of Swift & Co., Chicago.
