Biography Professor Thrower began her legal career in private practice, specializing in secured lending and bankruptcy, as well as working as a consultant to the American Bar Association's Center for Professional Responsibility. She joined the teaching profession in 1996 and has taught a variety of legal writing courses both at DePaul and George Washington. While at DePaul, she served as Assistant Director of the legal writing program. She later joined the legal writing program at George Washington, where she served as the Associate Director of the first-year legal writing program. Professor Thrower earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. |
