Paul S. Miller

Professor Paul Miller is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Securities and Commercial Law Forum. After graduating from law school, he practiced private securities and corporate litigation in New York City. Miller’s scholarship compares corporate law with other areas, including civic governance, election law and philosophy. He also writes about the legal rights of teenagers. He received his MFA from Temple University Tyler School of Art and his JD from Fordham University.
