Biography Prior to joining DePaul, Professor Todd Haugh practiced white collar criminal defense and commercial litigation at Winston & Strawn LLP and Stetler & Duffy Ltd. While in private practice, he represented a variety of clients in matters ranging from fraud, false statements, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy to criminal sentencing, appeals and forfeiture. From 2006 to 2007, Professor Haugh served as a law clerk to the Hon. Suzanne B. Conlon, senior district judge, Northern District of Illinois. Professor Haugh presents on topics including litigation tactics, criminal procedure and associate life, and writes on issues related to money laundering, criminal procedure and international criminal law. He received a BA with honors in political science from Brown University and a JD, cum laude, from the University of Illinois. |
