The DePaul University College of Law Web site has been completely redesigned in order to provide a better user experience. The site includes a student-specific section that features easier access to information such as Campus Connect, Blackboard Learning System&tradeM, event details, syllabi and academic program requirements. Students can now access this portion of the site directly at its new URL, http://students.law.depaul.edu, or from the any part of the main College of Law website.

Search

The College Law Web site currently uses the industry standard search engine Google™ to conduct all searches within the site. The College of Law also uses several Google&tradeM tracking tools to offer users the most up-to-date content and user experience possible.

Process

The College of Law Web development team conducted informative interviews and surveys with the College of Law community over the last several years, and, after analyzing and studying the data, discovered several trends that are incorporated into the new design. In keeping with the DePaul brand, the site incorporates several elements from the newly designed http://www.depaul.edu including the logo, navigational components, and several other design aspects.
