Acts as passed by the current General Assembly. Some of these may not be integrated in the Compiled Statutes listed above. As such, those unincorporated acts supplement the Code. Public Acts from previous General Assemblies are available from the 90th General Assembly(1997-1998) to present.

House and Senate Floor Debate Transcripts for the Current Session

Older transcripts are available through he links for Public Acts from previous General Assemblies. Online House Transcripts start with the 90th General Assembly, and online Senate Transcripts start with the 91st General Assembly. Older transcripts are available in most Illinois libraries in microform starting in 1971. No transcripts were recorded prior to that date. Transcripts are available through links on the main page for the General Assembly.

Illinois Supreme Court Illinois Appellate Court

The official homepage for the Illinois Supreme Court includes the Appellate and Circuit Courts as well. There are links to opinions from the Supreme Court and the Appellate Court (from 1996 to date). Rules are available for download in word processing formats that can be opened by WordPerfect and Microsoft Word. Other significant links on the site include the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, where reports, publications, and statistical documents are available.

Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARCD)

The organization charged by the Illinois Supreme Court with maintaining the role of attorneys licensed to practice in Illinois, and investigating complaints brought against Illinois attorneys. Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board

The Agency that receives and investigates complaints against judges. The site features summary complaint information, the Code of Judicial Conduct, and a form and instructions to initiate a complaint.

Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Registration

The Department regulates and licenses various professions, including medical personnel.  For all regulated professions, the Department provides the opportunity to do a license look-up, file a complaint, and review disciplinary reports from 1997 to the present.
