Master of Laws in Intellectual Property

The newest of DePaul's graduate programs, the Master of Laws in Intellectual Property (IP), is regarded as one of the most comprehensive graduate IP programs in the country, addressing the growing demand for specialized training in IP law. The College of Law is an innovative leader in the field of IP and information technology law. The Center for Intellectual Property Law & Information Technology (CIPLITŪ), which oversees the LL.M. Program, is one of the finest programs of its type in the nation. DePaul is at the forefront in these fields with 10 full-time faculty members and more than 40 course offerings. Students also gain valuable experience by writing and editing for the highly regarded DePaul Journal of Art, Technology and Intellectual Property Law and by working in the Technology/Intellectual Property Legal Clinic (TIP ClinicŪ).
