Admission
Admission to the program is open to students who have completed
at least one year of full-time or part-time study and are in good
standing at an ABA-accredited law school. Each student must
provide a letter of good standing from their home school.
Applications are due no later than May 31 and must be accompanied by a $300 deposit that is nonrefundable unless the applicant is not accepted or the program is cancelled. The balance is due by June 28. Early application is strongly encouraged whenever possible.
Students are accepted to the program in the order that applications are received. Due to enrollment limits, early application is encouraged.
Cancellation: DePaul University reserves the right to cancel the program if enrollment is insufficient or because of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disaster, war, political unrest or similar emergency. If cancellation occurs, participants will receive a full refund within 20 days, and, upon request, DePaul staff will provide assistance to arrange enrollment in a similar program if available.
