Students with disabilities should register with the University Center for Students with Disabilities (Suite 1400 Lewis Center) before the beginning of each academic year.
Students must be tested within the last three years by a recognized specialist prior to starting law school. If a student is approved and the disability is verified, the Center can offer extended time for exams, laptops for note-taking, textbooks in modified form, zoom text, real-time captioning and more.
The College of law assistant dean for student affairs arranges all accommodations for final exams. Students with disabilities should submit a written request to the assistant dean at least one month prior to examinations.
