The Journal is published semi-annually in the fall and spring.  To subscribe, please submit a written request to the Journal Office by email or by U.S. mail.

Rates for advertising are available upon written request.

Subscription Rates
Annual subscription:$40.00
Single issue: $20.00

Subscriptions are accepted only on a per volume basis, and are payable in advance and will be renewed automatically unless notification to the contrary is received in writing.

Change of Address
Changes of address should be sent to the Journal Office by email or U.S. mail at least thirty days prior to the distribution of the forthcoming issue.  Please include the old and  new address, including ZIP codes, and the name of the entity to which the subscription is sent.
