DEPAUL LAW REVIEW
Manuscript Submissions

The DePaul Law Review welcomes high quality submissions to our journal.  We typically select between six and eight articles for publication per year.  If you would like your manuscript to be considered for publication, please submit your manuscript according to the following requirements.

Manuscripts submitted for publication in the DePaul Law Review must be typed and double spaced with footnotes appended to the main body of the article.  Citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).

We prefer to receive submissions electronically.  Manuscripts can be sent to the Managing Editor of Lead Articles at lawreview@depaul.edu.  The Law Review also welcomes submissions via the ExpressO service.  Paper manuscripts may be sent to the attention of the Managing Editor of Lead Articles at:

The DePaul Law Review reviews manuscripts and makes offers of publication between late February and mid-April, and between late August and mid-October of each year.  Articles selected between February and April will be published the following fall.  Articles selected between August and October will be published the following spring.  It is strongly recommended that authors submit their manuscripts during the submissions periods.

Due to the high number of submissions that we receive, we are unable to respond to every request for review, although we will make every effort to do so.  If you have a question about our submissions process, please contact the law review at (312) 362-8553.

Thank you for your interest in publishing with the DePaul Law Review.
