The DePaul Journal of Health Care Law

The DePaul Journal of Health Care Law – a scholarly review published by the Health Law Institute – examines current case law and analyzes significant, emerging medical/legal developments, including corporate, public policy, and ethical issues. The Journal publishes two issues per year as well as one special or symposium issue. Additionally, the Journal hosts an annual symposium in which scholars from across the country present their research concerning timely health law issues.

A Message from Our Editor-in-Chief:

Our Journal staff is comprised of Health Law Fellows who serve as editors and staff writers. We are second, third and fourth year law students interested in the field of health law. The editorial board and staff writers work throughout the year to review submissions and work with authors to publish scholarly pieces concerning many issues within the broad field of health law. We are proud to build upon the excellent reputation of the DePaul Health Law Institute.
